Client & Service: The Bere Whitchurch | Branding and Photography
When Marti and Edd approached me to brand their new restaurant, The Bere, I jumped at the opportunity. From the outset, this was a highly collaborative project, beginning with conversations around interior colours, atmosphere and the overall dining experience they wanted to create.
It was essential that the branding worked in harmony with the interiors, accessories and, most importantly, the quality of the food. Working alongside Laura Porter Interior Design and brand strategist, Cat Archer-Underwood we ensured every visual detail supported the experience of dining at The Bere.
The bespoke lettering was inspired by Art Deco, with a modern twist, allowing the ‘B’ icon to stand confidently on its own or as part of the full logo.
The interior panelling and bar area shown above were designed by Laura Porter, completing a space where branding and environment work seamlessly together.
“Faye took time to really understand what we were after and then came up with some amazing ideas. Perhaps most importantly she's very very patient and understands how important a company's brand is and that it's not something you can rush. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Faye, especially to any new business that's designing it's look and brand for the first time. Can't thank her enough.”
